Ulyses Cloud allows for multiple levels of relationships between companies. In this way, a company can not only be the parent of another but there can also be more relationships (implant, subsidiary, etc.)
To relate a company (company or agency) with others, simply go to
- Company/Agency details > Relationships tab
- From there, you can add companies related to the company you are currently viewing
The relationship between companies will later allow us to
- Analyze the production of a company and all its related companies. For example, if the company Tesipro has subsidiaries Tesipro Madrid and Tesipro Cataluña, but also has an Implant in Hotel XYZ, when analyzing the production of the company Tesipro, we will be able to see the production of its implants and subsidiaries
- Automate data entry when creating new reservations
- Additionally, this information is provided via public API so that any CRM, among others, has more detailed information about each company
