Commissions and/or discounts in agencies or companies refer to the intermediation costs or the commercial discount applied to the property where we are connected.
To access, go to the tabs
- Company profile > Commission
- Company profile > Discount
The most relevant operations are
- Create a commission and/or discount
- Modify a commission and/or discount
- Delete commission/discount
Create a commission and/or discount
Click on New commission or New discount and indicate
- Start/end date of the conditions
- Days of the week: Indicate the days of the week on which the commission/discount applies
- Fixed amount of commission/discount or in %
- Type of commission or discount: indicates what the conditions apply to
- Rate: Indicates if you want to add the commission/
- Rate type: Indicates if you want to add the commission/discount to a specific type of rate
Modify or Delete commission/discount
To modify or delete a commission or discount, simply select this option from the 3 dots at the end of the line
