Ulyses CRS allows you to perform actions on commercial follow-up activities for companies in a centralized way, without the need to jump from property to property in Ulyses PMS. The most common actions are
- View a centralized list of commercial follow-up activities for companies
- Creation of commercial follow-up activities
View a centralized list of commercial follow-up activities for companies
To view all the commercial follow-up activities performed on a company by the different properties, go to
- Company record > Activities tab
The only difference between the activities list in Ulyses CRS and the list in Ulyses PMS is that there is an additional column that shows the property where the activity is being viewed.
If you select specific properties in the upper selector, you will only see the activities registered for this company in the selected properties
Create commercial follow-up activities
You can create a commercial follow-up activity for a company
- Company record > Activities tab > New activity
Afterwards, you will select the property where you want to create the activity, as shown below
Then you will create the activity
