Ulyses CRS allows us to assign a commission or a discount to one or several properties easily without having to switch between properties in Ulyses PMS. The operations we can perform on commissions and discounts are:
- View commissions and/or discounts
- Create commissions and/or discounts
- Delete commissions and/or discounts
Viewing commissions and/or discounts
To view the commissions and/or discounts that are being applied to a company, go to
- Company file > Commission tab
- Or, Company file > Discount tab
The only difference between the list of commissions and/or discounts in Ulyses CRS compared to the list in Ulyses PMS is that there is an additional column showing the property to which the commission and/or discount applies.
If you select specific properties in the upper selector, you will only see the commissions and/or discounts that specifically apply to the selected properties, as shown below
Create commissions and/or discounts
First, you must ensure that commission types or discount types have been created, which will indicate which products will be commissioned or discounted, respectively.
To do this, go to
- Company file > Commission tab > New commission
- Or, Company file > Discount tab > New discount
From this option, simply enter the following values
- Property: Indicates the property(ies) where you want to apply these conditions
- Start/End: Indicates the period during which the commission or discount conditions apply
- Amount/%: Indicates the fixed value or percentage of the commission/discount
- Commission type: Indicates which products or product categories the commission/discount applies to. The definition of commission or discount types is found in the chain configuration.
- Rate: the commission/discount would apply
- Rate type: Indicates the type of rate to which the commission/discount would apply
Delete commissions and/or discounts from companies
To delete commissions, you must go to the property from which you want to remove them in Ulyses PMS
- Property configuration > Commission
- Then filter by the corresponding company
- Enter the detail and delete
