Ulyses CRS allows us to perform the following actions in a centralized way for folios and invoices
Viewing folios and invoices issued by a company
To view the folios and invoices issued by a company for one or more properties, go to
- Company file > Billing Tab
- Select Folios or Invoices
The only difference between the list of commissions and/or discounts in Ulyses CRS compared to the list in Ulyses PMS is that there is an additional column showing the property for which we are viewing the list of issued folios or invoices.
If we select specific properties in the top selector, we will only see the folios or invoices that specifically apply to the selected properties, as shown below
Create folios
We can create a folio for a company through the option
- Company file > Billing Tab > New folio
Next, select the property where you want to assign it as we have done in other cases
Then we will create the folio
Finally, we will see that the folio has been created and its owner is the company itself, it does not have associated check-in or check-out dates, and the Billing Type is "Profile"
