Ulyses CRS allows us to perform the following actions on companies regarding rates, offers, and promotions for one or more properties
- View rates, offers, promotions, and negotiated allotments for a company
- Create rate, offer, promotion, and negotiated allotments for a company
- Grant access to one or more properties to negotiated rates, offers, promotions, and allotments
- Remove access from one or more properties to negotiated rates, offers, promotions, and allotments
Viewing Negotiated Rates, Offers, and Promotions for a Company
If we want to see the rates, offers, or promotions that the company has negotiated, we just need to go to
- Company Profile > Negotiated Tab
- Select whether we want to view Rates, Offers, or Promotions
The only difference between the negotiated list in Ulyses CRS and the list in Ulyses PMS is that from this same view we can also specify which properties will have access to each of the rates, offers, or promotions, as shown below.
We can also see, for example, how in this case there are no negotiated Offers
If we select specific properties in the top selector, the hotel table will reload to show only the selected ones
Create Negotiated Rates, Offers, Promotions and/or Allotments for Companies
There are two ways to create negotiated contracts
The first consists of:
- Create contract through the top Menu Rates>Rate/Offer/Promotion/Allotment> Click on New
- Add company from the Negotiated section
The second consists of creating the contract from the company profile itself --> Coming soon
Grant Access to One or More Properties to Negotiated Rates, Offers, Promotions, and Allotments
Once we have created a contract and marked it as negotiated, either because we created it from the company's profile or from the contract profile, from this screen we can indicate which properties have access to it. To do this
- Company Profile > Negotiated Tab > Check the box in the table at
Later, if we go to the property with code GER (Hotel Gerona) in Ulyses PMS, we can see that not only has the NEGO0 contract been automatically created in this property, but it is also negotiated for the company for which it was created.
