PMS
Frontdesk
- You can now view the description and photo gallery of each accommodation directly from the planning. This information is displayed in the accommodation details panel, allowing you to quickly identify its features without leaving your workspace. More information here.
- The planning gains a new "Stock type" filter to display only general stock accommodations, allotment-dedicated ones, or both. When creating or modifying a stay on a dedicated accommodation, the allotment and booker are populated automatically in the stay, ensuring consistent assignment.
- Accommodation and accommodation type columns now remain visible while scrolling horizontally in the Planning, as well as the guest name and stay icons, improving navigation and reducing operational errors.
- Country, province, and municipality searches now recognize values entered without accents or other diacritical marks.
- Two new KPIs have been added to the Booking Forecast to view availability including all allotments or excluding allotments completely, providing more flexibility when analyzing inventory (hidden by default).
- Bulk accommodation assignment now includes a new option to export the selected stays to Excel, enter the desired accommodation, and import the file again to preassign rooms more efficiently.

Reservations
- It is now possible to issue invoices directly from the check-in process without completing the stay check-in, making it easier to bill the stay or specific charges, such as tourist taxes, in advance. More information here.
- It is now possible to generate and print registration cards, welcome letters, contracts, and police forms (where applicable) in bulk from the in-house stays view in Daily Reservations.
- The daily details window has been redesigned for improved readability, with nights displayed in rows, information in columns, and new visual cues to make it easier to identify changes. A new dedicated view highlights nights with differences and allows for quick corrections directly in the table.
- For allotments managed by Accommodation unit, the accommodation assignment window now automatically respects the relationship between an accommodation and its allotment. Accommodations dedicated to the stay's allotment are displayed first in the list, and a warning appears if you attempt to assign an accommodation outside the expected scope, allowing you to confirm with full visibility. Additionally, when a dedicated accommodation is assigned, the stay's allotment and Booker fields are populated automatically, eliminating redundant data entry. More information here.
- Accommodations dedicated to allotments are now visible directly in the planning. Each accommodation allocated to an allotment is represented by a distinct visual indicator (a topbar), allowing you to identify your inventory distribution at a glance. More information here.
- You can now more easily view and modify the variations in occupancy per night of a stay, with a dedicated shortcut to access the daily details of the occupancy.
- When a bulk update is made to the rates for a stay, the amounts for the affected nights are now automatically recalculated. A confirmation window allows you to view the impact of the changes, see which nights are affected, and, if necessary, exclude certain dates before confirming. More information here.
- It is now possible to bulk-set the number of participants to 0 over a given period, making it easy to manage temporary absences during long stays. When no persons are present on a given day, no tourist tax is generated for that period.
- The option to save a stay as a quote is now available in the assisted reservation module, just like in the other reservation creation flows, ensuring a consistent experience regardless of the flow used.
- The discount fields (percentage and fixed amount) in the Prices section of a stay are now inactive as long as no offer or promotion is selected. Field labels have also been clarified to explicitly indicate their scope (offer or promotion), preventing any confusion when entering rates. More information here.
- Meter readings are now integrated into the pro forma invoice for stays: they appear in the PMS view (reservation and roomstay) as well as in the generated document (PDF / print). Each line displays the service, meter code, start and end indexes, and reading dates, in a format identical to the final invoice.
- Reservation updates received from integrations (channel managers) will no longer automatically remove protected services, thanks to a new option enabled by default for manually added services. Guest information captured through online check-in will also be preserved. Updated related article here.
- Charge routing options have been expanded to include customer and company profiles as routing destinations.
- Payment and card request links sent to guests are now automatically cancelled when the associated stay is cancelled, preventing payments or card authorizations for cancelled reservations.

Group reservations
- When creating a group reservation series, you can now choose whether to keep the original prices or recalculate them based on the configured rates. Updated related article here.
Billing

You can now automate the offsetting of owner commissions directly from the commission transactions screen. Ulyses automatically generates negative entries in the folio of the owner or company concerned, with detailed tracking and complete accounting traceability.
This enhancement reduces manual processing, secures offset handling, and particularly simplifies the management of owner rentals in campsites. - Applied deposit lines in folios and invoices will now display the original invoice number and issue date for easier identification.
- Product export options have been expanded to include reservation and group reservation folios. In addition, pending charges can now be exported directly from the check-out screen, without needing to access the folio first.Â
- You can now complete check-out even when zero-balance folios remain open. The system will automatically close those folios and issue the corresponding invoices before completing the check-out.

Profiles

A new "Owner" profile type has been introduced in Ulyses. You can now create owners as individuals or companies, without being restricted by administrative fields reserved for businesses.
Owner profiles benefit from the same functionalities as company profiles (commission, invoicing, reservations, accounts receivable, etc.) and can be used in all existing workflows. For individual owners, a linked customer profile can also be automatically created to simplify the management of stays (their own and those of their guests) and ensure information synchronization. - You can easily convert a Company or Travel Agency profile into an Owner profile. This allows you to adapt an existing profile without recreating it, while retaining the data already saved.

Rates
- It is now possible to configure automatic rules that restrict or block the sale of rates, offers, promotions, and accommodation types based on remaining availability or sales volume. This helps automate revenue and commercial strategies, reducing manual intervention and improving distribution control. More information here.
- You can now choose the availability model for your allotments: "By quantity" (current model) or "By accommodation unit" (new model). You can switch availability models at any time. More information here.
- The new "By accommodation unit" model for your allotments allows you to precisely assign accommodations to an allotment and manage their availability at the individual unit level. This is useful for managing your owners and "Linear" contracts with your partners. More information here.
- A new Channel screen has been added to the Rates menu, providing a centralized place to manage connected channels and preparing the system for channel-specific sales opening and closing. This functionality will be enabled progressively and will only be available for compatible channel managers in a second development phase. More information here.

Settings
- You can now automate check-in for your stays using configurable rules. Define an execution time and specific conditions (customer, accommodation type, channel, rate, etc.) to automatically trigger check-in when the criteria are met. More information here.
- You can now add a photo gallery directly to each accommodation. This allows you to document the specific features of each accommodation more precisely, making them easier to identify and manage on a daily basis. More information here.
- The accommodation import Excel file now includes three new fields: characteristics, unit declaration code, and description. You can now fill in this information in bulk during the import, without having to update each accommodation unit manually afterwards. More information here.
- The refund and invoice cancellation actions are now subject to specific access rights within the PMS, CRS, and EMS modules. An unauthorised user can no longer execute these sensitive financial operations.
- You can now configure an age range for each occupancy. If a guest's age falls outside the configured range for the assigned occupancy, the system will display an informational warning during registration and in the stay details. Updated related article here.Â
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is now mandatory for all users. Users who have not yet configured 2FA will have a grace period to activate it before October 1, 2026.
Reports
- Two new reports (Payment Report by Day and Payment Report by Month) provide a summary of payments recorded in the PMS by payment method, together with all cash inflows and outflows, regardless of the cashier (excluding payments made on AR transactions).
- Group reservation reports now support configurable columns.

EMS
- Updated the price calculation for EMS menu resources so that article quantities only affect the price if the selected item has a surcharge.
- The static BEO template now displays the configured article quantity for choice and single item dishes in each menu resource.

SpotPilot is now integrated into Ulyses applications, providing embedded Revenue Management dashboards to support analysis and more informed commercial decisions.
