PMS
Reservation
- Improvements has been made to the process of adding a meter from a reservation => When you add a meter from the Meters tab of a stay :
- The associated accommodation is automatically pre-selected
- When the accommodation is selected, the associated space is automatically pre-filled
- Importing rooming information into reservation group : You can now enter details for all types of guests (adults, juniors, children, infants) directly into the Excel file to be imported (via separate columns for each age category). Upon import, all guests are created and assigned to their stay.
- You can now print a French police report even if the client's nationality is not specified. In this case, the client is considered a foreign national by default.
- The reservation and roomstay series creation process now allows users to choose whether to keep original prices or update them based on current rate plans.
Planning
- You can now display a 60-day view in the Planning screen.
- You can now select a date range directly in the planning (arrival/departure) to display only accommodations that are actually available during that period.
- In the accommodation assignment window and the planning, new information now allows you to see, for each accommodation, the number of days available before and after the stay.
- The Planning display settings have been reorganized and centralized into a new side panel. Some customization options have been introduced, allowing each user to tailor the display according to their operational needs. These preferences are saved at user level.
Key improvements include:- Ability to display icons representing accommodation features.
- Option to display reservation situation colors.
- Planning now respects the user-configured availability KPI, displaying the selected metric (occupancy, reserved, ADR, etc.) in the header.
- Now, when a reservation is started from the planning, the selected accommodation type is automatically pre-filled in the created stay.
- You can now view events and day-of-week name directly on the planning. This improvement allows you to better anticipate key periods (activities, constraints, internal events).
- Vertical day separators have been added to improve planning view readability.
Billing/Deposit

Account receivable :
- You can now set up payment withholdings in the account receivable record (for example, to manage VACAF applications). The withholding is applied when the payment is recorded, allowing you to anticipate the actual net amount to received. More information here.
- You can now more easily identify transactions thanks to the addition of the Fidelity - Affiliation Membership ID in the Transactions screens.
- New filters (Fidelity - Affilitation Membership ID and net amount) allow you to quickly find a transaction and simplify your bank and administrative reconciliations.
Holder/Guest/Profile
- For entries originating from France, the city and postal code are automatically completed based on the information entered (suggestions with a dropdown list if multiple matches are found). This improvement is available in customer, holder, guest, company, contact, and other records.
- The Telephone field is now more effectively controlled during entry and saving. This improvement prevents the saving of numbers containing incompatible letters or characters, thus ensuring the accuracy of your customer contact information.
- The traceability of changes related to the acceptance of marketing and data transfer by customers in the activity stream has been improved.
Rates

Allotments: You can now use the “Start sell date” and “End sell date” fields to precisely define the sales period for an allotment. The stock is automatically returned to the public inventory at the end of this period. This is fully synchronized with the channel manager. More information here.
Availability
- When searching for availability with a selected company that has an allotment, Ulyses now correctly displays the stock allocated to that company. The display follows the format “Public | Company” (e.g., 5 | 3). If the allotment is sold out, the display will show, for example, 2 | 0. This improvement applies to all views (Split, Tree, List, Map).
Booking forecast
- The reference rate KPI in the booking forecast now also display applicable restrictions (minimum and maximum stay, CTA and CTD) alongside the price. This allows users to access all relevant rate information from a single view.
Communication
- Now, when sending a reservation or stay confirmation, the quantities of services are displayed, with a total cost per service for each day. The package name will also be displayed instead of the breakdown of services when a service package is added to the stay.
- In the Total Price section of emails sent, your customers now benefit from a display containing extra services, fees and the amount paid (where present).
- You can now choose the email template when sending an invoice or a deposit invoice. If multiple templates are configured, a selection window will appear, allowing you to tailor your communication to the client's context.
Settings
- You can now communicate with your customers in Dutch (emails, confirmations, dynamic content). Templates, standard variables, and translated content are adapted to this language, with automatic display according to the customer's language.
- A new Property setting for each type of accommodation allows you to define whether it should always be considered "Clean" at check-out. More information here.
- If the option is enabled: the accommodation will not automatically be marked as "Dirty" at checkout
- If it is disabled: the current behavior is maintained (the space will remain "Dirty")
- You can still manually change the status, which will remain a blocking factor for check-in if necessary
- You can now display the member number directly on invoices and pro forma invoices for your Loyalty - Affiliation programs. A new option allows you to activate this display and customize the associated label to suit your needs. More information here.
- You can now add a dedicated guest page to your invoices. This page automatically lists the information of the guests of the stay (name, surname, date of birth) to facilitate your administrative procedures, particularly with VACAF.
- You can now choose whether a deposit with an "expected" status should be included in the reservation balance calculation (new option configurable in each "Product - Deposit"). More information here.
- You can now include "fees" (tourist taxes) in the stay balance calculation to more clearly see the actual amount owed by your guests. Optionally, you can also integrate tourist taxes into the suggested deposit calculation. This option is configurable in the property preferences or by payment mode.
- You can now activate 2 new notifications per role: reservation creation and modification from an integration (e.g., channel manager). This allows you to be informed in real time of new reservations and changes made automatically.
- The interface is now available in Dutch for your teams (menus, buttons, messages, etc.). This update makes it easier to get started, reduces errors, and improves the user experience for Dutch-speaking users.
- You can now allocate a product's price across multiple VAT rates using a new percentage-based allocation method, in addition to the existing cumulative method. This update allows you to remain compliant with tax obligations (e.g., cancellation insurance) while maintaining a single, clear product for your customers. The VAT allocation is automatically calculated and displayed as sub-lines on invoices, without impacting the sales experience. More information here.
- The "Meter" tab can now automatically appear in stays as soon as a meter type is configured. This behavior is made possible by the automatic activation of the corresponding display option (Channel Settings > Tools > Display Settings). You retain the option to deactivate this setting at any time as needed.
- Payment automation capabilities have been enhanced, allowing execution on key stay moments (arrival or departure day) and restricting execution to specific time windows by respecting “Do Not Disturb” hours.
- Email-based two-factor authentication (2FA) is now available as an alternative authentication method, allowing users to securely access their account without requiring an external authenticator app.
Reports
- New ProductRevenue By Invoice Date report, allowing revenue analysis based on invoice date instead of production date.
- New Posting Pending Invoicing Group by Product report, enabling users to identify postings pending invoicing grouped by product at a specific date.
CRS
- Improvements have been introduced to currency calculation when managing properties with different currencies. It is important to note that if properties using different currencies are selected, the CRS will display the amounts converted to the configured chain currency.
- You can now search for availability across the entire chain by filtering from the outset by accommodation type, without having to select a specific property beforehand. New filters are available (request date, accommodation, board, segment). The results directly display properties that match your criteria, allowing you to respond more quickly to your clients' needs. - You can now clearly see the property name directly in the stay summary, including when creating a stay. This improvement allows you to immediately identify the relevant property and reduces the risk of

Quote management : You can now clearly see the property associated with each quote in the Quotes list (Reservations > Resevration quote)
EMS
- The reservation group inquiry template has been improved.
- Enhancement in the BEO report: improved display of comments added to resources.
KSK
- A new service consumption control system in KSK (staff mode) has been introduced, enabling access management and validation of services (such as meals or board) directly from the device. This feature improves control over contracted services, reduces operational errors, and enhances management in resort environments.

MiDNI QR scanning in KSK is now available, enabling automatic registration of Spanish guest data during registration process.
GSP
- Deposit and credit card requests in GSP are now decoupled from the online check-in process. A new configuration allows these requests to be managed independently, enabling guests to view and complete them directly from GSP without going through the check in flow.
HSK
- A new configuration allows users to choose the format of the housekeeping daily task report, displaying information either on a single line per room or separating departures and arrivals into different lines.
Marketplace integrations
Webcamp 
- You benefit from improved management of payments from Webcamp : "offline" payments (check, cash, bank transfer, etc.) are no longer considered "paid" upon integration into Ulyses. These amounts are recorded as "expected" in the reservation. You gain reliability in tracking deposits and avoid errors in providing information to your customers.
- The integration settings allow you to adapt the status (paid or expected) to your needs, depending on the payment methods. More information here.

- A new option is now available in the WebCamp integration settings to manage your payment. This allows you to choose which platform to redirect your payment links sent to your guests :
- Option enabled (ON): Redirect to the eSeason Resa payment tunnel
- Option disabled (OFF): Redirect to the GuestApp (recommended if you use another booking engine, such as WitBooking)

Resalys integration via Webcamp
You can now connect Ulyses to Resalys CRS via Webcamp.
eSeason Digital Marketing
- You can configure the contractual information (insurer code, payment calculation method) linked to your insurer for transmission via the eSeason Digital Marketing integration. Only the data strictly necessary for the insurer is transmitted, without disclosing your selling price or sales strategy. More information here.
Accounting
- You can now associate multiple accounting accounts with the same product based on the configured VAT rates. This enhancement automates and improves the reliability of revenue allocation in your accounting exports, eliminating the need for manual adjustments. The behavior automatically adapts to the product configuration (single or mixed VAT), without impacting existing products. More information here.
Septeo Payments 
- New payment gateways have been added through Septeo Payments, expanding integration options with providers such as Adyen, Global Payments, Paytef (physical terminals only), and Addon Payments. This enhancement provides greater flexibility in payment management.
Tesa PIN 
- New integration to generate PIN for electronic lock opening from Ulyses Suite for Tesa. More information here.
INE 
- The existing integration has been adapted to allow configuration of the necessary mappings and to download files for completing the weekly and monthly surveys of campsites in Spain. More information here.
ARH 
- Integration with ARH document readers (Osmond and ComboSmart models) has been added, enabling identity document scanning and automatic population of guest data.
MiDNI 
- Integration with MiDNI has been added, allowing users to capture the identity document QR directly from the PMS using the device camera.
Voxel 
- A new configuration has been added to the Voxel (Bavel) integration, allowing manual control over electronic invoice submissions and preventing automatic sending even if enabled at property level. Additionally, a new filter helps identify transactions pending to be sent.
Sojern 
- Integration with Sojern has been added, connecting Ulyses with a leading digital marketing and guest experience platform. This integration enables the use of reservation and guest data to optimize campaigns and improve acquisition and retention.
POS Camping 
- Integration with POS CAMPING has been added, a point-of-sale solution for campsites that centralizes sales and retail operations within Ulyses.
