To access the lost items category from Ulyses HSK mobile, open the dropdown menu that appears at the top left and select Lost Items.
From there, you can perform the following operations:
- View all lost items
- Change the status of a lost item
- Upload images of a lost item
- Delete a lost item
View all lost items
Ulyses HSK will filter lost items by:
- FOUND / LOST
- DELIVERED / DESTROYED
To change the status of a lost item:
- First, select the lost item whose status you want to change, then click on ፧ at the top right and select change status.
The statuses will be as previously mentioned: found, lost, delivered, or destroyed.
Upload images of a lost item
To upload images of a lost item, we have two options:
1- Select the lost item where you want to add the image, then click on ፧ at the top right and select upload image.
- Once uploaded, click on upload.
2- Select the lost item where you want to add the image, then click on the + symbol next to Image Gallery.
- Once uploaded, click on upload.
Delete a lost item
To delete a lost item:
First, select the lost item you want to delete, then click on ፧ at the top right and select Delete:
