To access the incidents category from Ulyses HSK mobile, open the dropdown menu at the top left and select Incident.
From there, you can perform the following operations:
- Filter incident list
- Change the priority of an incident
- Create new incidents
- Change the status of incidents
- Upload images of an incident
- Delete an incident
Filter incident list
Ulyses HSK will filter the existing incidents by:
- To do
- In progress
- Done
Create new incidents
To create a new incident, follow these steps:
- Click on the "+" symbol at the bottom of Ulyses HSK, complete the form with all the details of the new incident, and click add.
- Select the incident where you want to add the image, click on ፧ at the top right and select upload image.
- Once uploaded, click upload.
- Select the incident where you want to add the image, click on the + symbol next to Image Gallery.
- Once uploaded, click upload.
