Ulyses Cloud allows you to generate the proforma invoice for a reservation or stay through the option
- Reservation detail > Options > Show proforma
This operation results in the evaluation of the payment methods and the "Bill to" companies for each of the stays to distribute the charges among different invoices that will later be presented to the client. In this example, we see the proformas generated from a stay with one 'main' folio billed to AAVV and another for 'extras' billed to the guest:
