Create Reservation by Series

Ulyses Suite allows you to copy reservations by creating series. Specifically, you can:

• Create reservation by stay series
• Create reservation by reservation series

Create reservation by stay series

A stay series consists of copying the stay you are currently viewing and pasting as many replicas as you wish within the same reservation. To do this:

• Reservation file > Select a stay > Options > New stay series

Specify the parameters:

• Quantity: Indicates the number of stays you want to create
• Arrival/Departure: Indicates the arrival and departure dates of the first stay you are going to create
• Periodicity: Active only if Quantity > 1 and indicates the gap between the start dates of the stays to be pasted, in days. In the example below, if:
  • Quantity = 2 and Periodicity = 3 and Arrival = 12/05 and Departure = 12/08, the resulting stay dates will be:
    • Stay 1: 12/05 to 12/08
    • Stay 2: 12/11 to 12/14

Additionally, even though the series is created from a stay, you can choose to create it 'as a new reservation' by checking this option as shown in the image:

Create reservation by reservation series

A reservation series consists of copying a reservation with all its stays, guests, and services, creating a replica on other dates:

• Reservation file > Options > New reservation series

The parameters you need to fill in here are the same as for a stay series

• Quantity: Indicates the number of reservations you want to create
• Arrival/Departure: Indicates the arrival and departure dates of the first reservation you are going to create
• Periodicity: Active only if Quantity > 1 and indicates the gap between the start dates of the stays to be pasted, in days. In the example below, if:
  • Quantity = 2 and Periodicity = 2 and Arrival = 12/09 and Departure = 12/10, the resulting stay dates will be:
    • Reservation 1: 12/09 to 12/10
    • Reservation 2: 12/12 to 12/13
