Ulyses Suite allows you to add a voucher number or reference to a reservation. The reservation voucher is important because it is the parameter that is sent in the remittance letter to the agency from which we request payment for a reservation.
To add a voucher to a reservation, go to
- Reservation Detail>Guarantees>New Guarantee
- Select Reservation Voucher for the entire reservation or only for the current stay
- Then enter the voucher number
