Ulyses Suite allows us to easily refund charges or payments through
- Charge detail > Refund charge
Afterwards, we will indicate the reason why the charge has been refunded
After refunding a charge, it disappears from the folio. However, internally what it does is add a charge with a negative amount. To be able to see all the charges that have been refunded in a folio, we can do so through the Show refunds option in More.
Refunded charges are represented by the icon while those created to refund with the icon
as we can see below
We can refund multiple charges simultaneously by selecting them and clicking on
- Actions > Refund
- Then we will indicate the reason for the refund
