Ulyses Suite allows the guest to pay for the reservation in full or in part in advance through the Apply deposit option in a folio.
Next, select the deposit you want to use from the selector
Finally, select the amount you want to insert into the folio. You can insert the total deposit or just a part of it
Once inserted, you will be able to see the deposit reflected in the folio.
NOTE
Whenever there is an intermediary on the reservation that has unused Deposits, the folio will prompt you to use them through the Add deposit button as shown below
