There will be occasions when a room wishes to pay for another. For example, a family reservation of 3 rooms where the parents' room wants to pay for the other two rooms. In this case, we use the following operations
- Import folio: This option allows us to import folios independently
- Import stay: This option allows us to bring all the charges from another room into the folio we are currently in. It also allows us to indicate if we want to check out the room from which we are importing the charges
