The reservation type is a way to 'classify' a reservation. Each property can have its own reservation types configured according to its operational workflow. For example, in some cases it may be useful to have a reservation type called 'Pending Review' for those reservations that are downloaded from online channels.
To change the reservation type of a stay, do so through
- Reservation > Reservation file > Select stay > Options >strong
After selecting a reservation type, you will see that the stay thumbnail displays the reservation type at the top.
Note: This option is available both at the reservation and stay levels.
