Let's imagine that we are using Ulyses Cloud in a chain with several properties located in different locations, with different time zones, and each of them with particularities in how times are displayed.
In that case, from the Date Format and Time Zone sections in the user's profile, we can manage the display of dates throughout the application.
Time and Date Format
Through this section, we will indicate the date format in which it will be displayed in Ulyses Cloud. To do this, we indicate:
- First day of the week
- Date format
- Time format
Time Zone
Through this section, the current time of the property to which we are connected is indicated. For this, we can select the following options:
- Browser: Uses the same time as the browser we are using
- Property: Uses the same time as the property or business date
- Custom: In this case, Ulyses will ask us to select the time zone we want to display. This option can be useful if, for example, we are managing a property located in the USA from Spain. In that case, we will want to see the local time when a reservation was downloaded, a rate/offer was modified, or any other variable.
