You can access Ulyses Cloud through the URL https://[subdomain].ulysescloud.com and with the username and password provided by your administrator.
Common Issues
User Locked
You have tried to log in more than 6 times with an invalid password and your user account has been locked. When your account is locked, you will receive a lock confirmation by email.
To unlock your account, you will need to wait 30 minutes or ask your administrator to manually unlock your account.
How does the administrator unlock a user?
- They need to go to your user profile through Users in the Chain Menu.
- Click on the Unlock option or request a new password.
