In order to speed up the search for specific information, Ulyses Cloud incorporates a global search that looks for content about reservations, folios, and customers.
It is activated using the keyboard shortcut ALT+G
Throughout your journey in Ulyses Cloud, you will encounter the searcher 🔎, which operates based on tags that perform advanced searches. The tags currently accepted are as follows:
- arrival
- departure
- reservationStatusType
- reservationSituationType
- room
- accountType
This way, we can build custom searches through the search box, for example:
- Simple searches (arrival:22/07/2018)
These are searches where we only use a single tag (for example, arrival).
They return the arrivals for the day we specify. Alternatively, we can use some shortcuts like today or tomorrow that the platform will automatically recognize.
- Special cases (arrival:today departure:tomorrow room:102)
If we concatenate two or more tags with their corresponding value, Ulyses Cloud will return the reservations, folios, and customers associated with them.
In the previous example, we see the reservations that arrive today, depart tomorrow, and are assigned to room 102.
