From Ulyses, we can access a document control screen to keep track by reservation of those documents that have been signed and those that are pending.
Additionally, from these document screens, we can launch the client's signing process to the tablet.
The documents controlled here are: traveler registration, welcome, and contract.
It is important to note that on these screens we will only see the documents that hotels have activated for signing in the KSK configuration, in the "Request action" section.

Enable user permissions to view the document control screens
By default, permissions to view the document control screens are disabled.
To enable the permissions, we have to do so from the PMS configuration.
To do this:
Chain PMS Configuration > General > Role
Select the role you want to grant permissions to and access the permissions section.
To enable permissions for the PMS document control screen go to:
Pms > Operation > Front desk > Document signature
To enable permissions for the ULYSES KSK document control screen go to:
Kiosk > Operation > Document signature
To enable permissions for the ULYSES GSP document control screen go to:
GSP> Operation > Document signature
