Register Guest
This option will allow your guests to enter and register their personal information, such as names, contact details, and any other data required for check-in.
Sign traveler form
By enabling this option, guests will be required to sign the traveler form.
Additionally, you will have the option to enable the display of the document in PDF format on the tablet screen. Likewise, you can enable the option to send the document by email once it has been signed, making it easier for guests to receive a digitally signed copy of the traveler form for their personal records or future reference.
Allow custom fields
With this option enabled, you can request guests to complete additional custom fields according to your specific needs, such as food intolerances, special requests, or other relevant information.
To create the custom fields that can be added here, you must go to:
PMS chain settings> Tool> Custom fields
Sign welcome form
Enable this option to request your guests to sign the welcome form.
Additionally, you will have the option to enable the display of the document in PDF format on the tablet screen. Contract signature
Enable this option to request your guests to sign the contract.

Add services
Enable this option to offer extra services to your guests: By enabling this option, you can offer additional services to your guests during their stay, such as room service, transportation, recreational activities, or other special services you wish to offer.
To create the services that can be added here, you must go to:
PMS property settings> Product> Products
Allow room assignment
By enabling this option, your guests will be able to select and assign themselves a specific room from those available.
