From the quota availability tab, we can add or remove room types associated with the quota, view the quota change history, update availability, and close sales.
Add or remove room type from the quota
Add or remove quota types
- In the availability section, look for the option "Add or remove type" which is located next to the mass update button.
- Click on the dropdown arrow that appears next to this button.
- Select the option "Add" or "Remove" type, depending on what you want to do.
- If you select "Add", a field will open where you can enter the type you want to add to the quota. Type the name of the type and then save the changes.
- If you select "Remove", a list of the types currently associated with the quota will be displayed. Check the type you want to remove and save the changes.
Change history
- In the same place where you found the option to add or remove types, look for the option "Change history".
- Click on that option to access the change history.
- In the list shown, you will be able to see all the changes made to the quota, including details such as the date and time of the modification, the action performed, and the user who made the change.
- You can also filter the changes by room type or by date.
Mass update
From the mass update field, you can make changes to different aspects of your quota simultaneously. These changes may include:
- Quantity: You can update the total number of rooms assigned to your quota. For example, if you need to increase or decrease the number of rooms available for booking in a specific period.
- Available quantity: You have the option to adjust the number of rooms available for booking on a given day. This allows you to control availability in real time and make quick changes according to demand.
- Release days: You can modify the release days, that is, the days on which the quota is released and becomes available again after use by a company or client.
- Close sales: If you want to temporarily stop sales for the quota, you can use the close sales option. This indicates that the quota will not be available for bookings during the selected period. To close quota sales, you will find two checkboxes associated with this option. By checking both boxes, you indicate that you want to close quota sales on the specified dates.

Dates: you will have the ability to select more than one date range to define the quota availability. Additionally, you can specify the days of the week on which you want these dates to apply
