🧭 Step 1: Access the support module
Once inside the portal:
- In the main menu (usually on the left or top), click "Support"
- Then select "Create a new ticket" (usually at the top right)
📝 Step 2: Fill out the ticket form
Fill out the form with the information about your request:
- Type of request: choose the topic (e.g. Support, Administration)
- Tag: select the correct tag so your ticket reaches the right person for a quick resolution
- Reason: brief summary of the issue
- Detailed description: clearly explain what is happening, steps to reproduce it, errors, screenshots if possible
Attachments: you can upload files or screenshots to help with diagnosis
📬 Step 3: Submit the ticket
Click the "Create a request" button to send your ticket to the support team.
📊 Step 4: Track your ticket
You can check the status of your tickets from the "Support" section and using the filters.
- You will see if they are: open, in progress, resolved, or closed.
- You can add comments or reply if support contacts you.
🔔 Notifications
You will receive email updates whenever your ticket changes status or the support team responds to you.
