The Septeo Client Space allows you to manage your services, view invoices, submit support requests, and stay informed about important updates.
Follow these steps to access it easily:
๐ Step 1: Access the website
Open your browser and go to the following address:
๐ https://espace-client.septeo.com
๐ค Step 2: Log in with your credentials
On the login page:
- Enter your email address.
- Click on "ยฟForgot your password?" and follow the instructions to create one.
- You will receive an email, follow the steps and create the password.
- Return to the Client Space page and enter your email address and the created password.
- Click on "Log In".
๐ก Useful tips
- Save the page to your favorites for quicker access.
- Change your password regularly for security reasons.
- Use updated browsers like Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.

๐น Property selector
At the top left, you will find a dropdown where you can select the property you belong to as a contact.
๐น Language change
You can easily change the display language from the top right menu.
๐น Collaborators
From this section, you can create new contacts so they can also manage tickets within your organization.

Quickly access the form to send us your tickets, either from the side menu or the home screen.
