The Lost and Found category in Ulyses HSK allows you to keep a record and control of all lost items in the hotel. From this section, you can view all registered lost items and properly track them. This makes it easier to search for and recover items and improves the efficiency of managing them by hotel staff.
Ulyses HSK will sort lost items into:
-Lost
-Found
- data-id="6"-Destroyed
In this category we can:
- Add a new lost item
- Upload images of a lost item
- Change the status of a lost item
- Delete a lost item
Add a new lost item
To add a new lost item, from the lost items category in Ulyses HSK web, select "New lost item" at the top right.
Ulyses HSK > Lost and Found > New lost item
A form will then appear where you will complete all the details about the lost or found item, as appropriate. After completing all details, click "save" to finish registering the lost item.Once this is done, the lost item will be registered and can be viewed in the list of lost items.
Upload an image of a lost item Once the lost item is created, you can upload a photo of the item in question.To do this, select the item where you want to add the photo, and select "upload image". Ulyses HSK > Lost and Found > click on the desired item > Upload Image
Change the status of a lost itemThe statuses of a lost item are:-Lost / Found-Delivered-DestroyedTo change the status of a lost item, there are two options.
1. From the lost items list in Ulyses HSK. Bulk update.This option is very useful, for example, if you want to change the status of several lost items at the same time.To do this:Ulyses HSK > Lost and Found > Select the items you want to change the status for > Update statusSelect the new status of the item: Delivered or Destroyed
Complete the details of the form that opens.
The following confirmation message for the update will appear. The status of the item in question has now changed.
2. From the lost item itselfTo do this:Enter the item for which you want to change the status, select options and change the status of the item to Delivered or Destroyed.Ulyses HSK > Lost and Found > Enter the lost item you want to change the status for > Options > Select new statusComplete the details of the form that opens.
The status of the item will now be changed.Delete a lost itemTo change the status of a lost item, there are two options.
1. From the lost items list in Ulyses HSK. This option is very useful, for example, if you want to delete several lost items at the same time.To do this:Ulyses HSK > Lost and Found > Select the items you want to delete > Delete2. From the lost item itselfTo do this:Enter the item you want to delete, select options, and choose delete.Ulyses HSK > Lost and Found > Enter the lost item you want to delete > Options > Delete
