In order to organize and group work orders into specific categories, it is necessary to configure these categories. To do this, follow the steps below:
- Access the chain configuration in the Ulyses PMS management program.
- Select the "More" option within the configuration menu.
- Choose "New maintenance category" to create and customize the categories according to the company's needs.
- Assign a name and a color to each category so that the type of maintenance to be performed can be easily identified.
Ulyses PMS > Chain Configuration > More > Maintenance Categories.
Once the maintenance categories have been configured, they can be assigned to the corresponding work orders and grouped according to the category in which they are located. In this way, better control and tracking of the maintenance tasks to be performed can be achieved.
