With Ulyses HSK, it is possible to create new issues and keep track of those that have already been reported.
To properly manage issues, it is important to consider some key aspects:

List of Maintenance Issues
You can view the list from the Ulyses HSK web portal. To do so:
HSK Main > Maintenance > Issue
As we can see, we can filter the issues using the quick filter or the advanced filter, to sort the issues, view the information more clearly and organized, and quickly find the most relevant issues.
List of Maintenance Issues in the Ulyses HSK Mobile App
You can also find the same result in the mobile app. To do so, go to Issues. Here you can filter by:
-Tasks to do
-Tasks in progress
-Tasks done
It would look like this:
Create New Issue
To create a new issue:
HSK Main > Maintenance > Issue > New Issue
A window will open where you can register the new issue. Here you can create the name of the issue, assign it to a technician, indicate its priority, associate it with a room and locate it in the space. You can also give it a release date.
If you want to create an issue through the mobile app, you can do so using the "+" symbol that appears on the bottom right of the screen:

Once the issue is created, you can edit it.
The most relevant aspects:
- Spaces: Indicates the space where the issue occurs.
- Location: location of the issue.
- Release date: Indicates the date by which the issue should be resolved.
- Comments: comments related to the issue.
- Reported by and assigned to: who reported the issue and to whom it is assigned.
- Room: you can associate the issue with a room.
- Priority: very high, high, medium, low, or very low.
- Image gallery: here you can upload photos of the issue.

Changing the Status of Maintenance Issues
The status flow for maintenance issues in Ulyses Suite is as follows:
- Pending: Indicates that the issue is yet to be resolved. This is the default status when a new issue is created.
- In progress: Indicates that the issue has not been resolved but is in progress.
- Completed: Indicates that it has been resolved.
To change the status of issues, go to options:
To change the status from the Ulyses HSK app, click on the status and select the new status.
Bulk Deletion of Maintenance Issues
From Ulyses HSK you can bulk delete as many issues as you want.
To do so, select all the issues you want to delete and then select delete.

Maintenance Issue Widget
To help prioritize issues, we have designed a widget located on the Ulyses HSK dashboard that helps focus on actions to be taken. Through this widget you can view the following:
- For today: Indicates which issues expire today and therefore should be resolved
- Unassigned: Indicates which issues have not yet been assigned to any agent
- Expired: Indicates which issues have expired
- Created today: Indicates which issues have been created today
