On some occasions, during the check-in process at a hotel, it may happen that for some reason the traveler form could not be signed. In other cases, it may happen that the traveler forms have only been signed for some of the room occupants and not for all of them. This can occur, for example, when a member of the group arrives later and is not present during the check-in process.
In any case, if for any reason it was not possible to complete the signature process of the traveler forms during check-in, with Ulyses KSK it is possible to reactivate this process from the reservation. To the desired reservation, select the corresponding guest, and click on the option that appears in the upper right corner where it says “Request signature.”
If there are several guests in the reservation and you want to activate more than one signature, you must select them one by one. It is important to note that only the traveler form can be signed again, not the welcome form.
The signed and created documents will be saved again in the documents section in PDF format.
