One of the standout features of Ulyses KSK is that it offers clients the possibility to electronically sign the traveler registration form and the welcome form documents directly on the tablet. It is important to note that the electronic signature process is an easy and secure way to ensure the validity and integrity of the documents.
It is also essential to enable notification permissions on the tablet for the tool to function properly.
Once we finish the check-in in the PMS, the 'SIGN' option will appear, allowing us to send the documents that require signatures to the tablet.
The signature process will automatically open on the tablet and will begin with the traveler registration form.
This document will display the client's data on the left and a blank space for the signature on the right. Additionally, at the bottom, there are three options for the client: two to accept the processing of their personal data by the hotel and another to receive a copy of the document by email, in which they must enter their email address. The system will automatically assign the email address we have saved in the system, if there is one.
The information about the processing of the client's data will be automatically updated in the PMS, in the client's record.
Next, the hotel's welcome form will appear, which can also be forwarded to the client's email address.
Once the documents have been signed, they will be displayed in PDF format in the documents section of the PMS. From there, they can be downloaded and saved for future reference.
