Group reservations are bookings that, as a general rule, are not entered into Ulyses PMS through usual online channels such as Booking.com, Expedia.com, but are instead direct reservations confirmed by other companies (B2B).
Group reservations usually have a high number of stays as well as guests, so the processes we have learned for individual reservations may not always be applicable.
In Ulyses PMS we have advanced operations that allow us to manage groups. The idea behind group operations consists, broadly speaking, of the following:
- Configure the basic data of the group reservation
- Number of rooms and prices
- Management of additional services and deposits in groups
- Fill in the Rooming list for guests who confirm with us
- Actions on confirmed stays
- Refine and modify confirmed rooms
