Ulyses Suite allows you to request that the client authenticate their credit cards. The purpose of authentication is to be able to make charges to the card in the future, reducing the likelihood ofp data-id="1"It will be possible to request authentication of a non-authenticated card through the option
- Card Options > Request Authentication
- You will then enter the email and/or phone number to send the request to the client. Remember that from this window you can even overwrite the cardholder's main email address if you wish
- Once the contact details have been entered, the client will receive an email or SMS inviting them to authenticate the card.
- After clicking the main button, the end client will receive a notification indicating whether the process has been completed successfully or not
