What is Septeo Payment?
Septeo Payment is a tokenization system that allows the secure transfer of hotel payment data to the provider at the moment of saving, processing, or charging a card.
This allows you to work with cards without exposing real data, reducing the risk of fraud.
How does Septeo Payment work?
If we want to consult a card within Ulyses Suite, Septeo Payment will allow us to do so in accordance with data protection laws.
Let's look at the process.
Within a reservation, we will see the guarantee card section with the Septeo signature:
Click on the three dots to view the card details, and you will then be required to log in with your Ulyses Suite user email and password:
After entering your email and password, a code will be sent to your email, which is necessary to view the credit card details:
Upon entering the code received by email, the screen with the card details will open:
A timer will also be activated, and once the corresponding seconds run out, the card details will disappear:
Through this process, you can access and consult the card details again whenever you wish; the only thing you will always need to enter when accessing the card data screen is the code sent to the email configured the first time through login.
