Ulyses Cloud allows you to easily add follow-ups to a reservation through the following steps:
- Access the reservation details in Ulyses Cloud.
- Navigate to the "Follow-up" tab.
- New follow-up.
Next, you will be presented with the following options:
- Select whether you want to apply the task only to the current stay you are in or general.
- Choose whether you want to use one of the predefined templates to create the task more quickly and efficiently, or select "No template" to create a custom task from scratch.
If you choose to use a predefined template, a list of available templates will be displayed and you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
If you choose "no template", you will need to fill in the fields that appear in the form, as when you create a new follow-up template.
Additionally, Ulyses Cloud also allows you to add tasks in bulk by using the bulk modification of reservations. This will allow you to apply tasks to multiple reservations efficiently and quickly.
By using these options in Ulyses Cloud, you will be able to manage and add notifications or tasks easily and flexibly to reservations, either individually or in bulk, providing greater organization and control over the actions to be taken in each case.
