Ulyses Cloud offers the ability to configure follow-up templates to facilitate the creation of alerts in reservations.
Below are the steps to create a new template:
- Access the chain configuration in Ulyses Cloud.
- Navigate to the "Follow-up Templates" section within Reservations.
- Click on "New Template" to start the creation process.
Chain Configuration > Reservation > Follow-up Template
Next, complete the form with the following information:
- Code: Enter the internal code for the alert.
- Name: Describe the action to be performed. This value will appear in the alert messages.
- Time: Indicate the expected time to resolve the alert.
- Description: Provide additional information about the alert.
- Role: Indicate the role or department responsible for resolving the ticket.
- Priority: Indicate the importance of the notification.
- Follow-up Notification: Indicate when you want the notification to be displayed.
- At check-in
- At check-out
- When assigning the room
- Follow-up Date: Indicate when you want the notification to be displayed.
- On arrival.
- On departure.
- During the entire stay.
- You can also decide if you want it to be saved in all properties of the chain.
By configuring these follow-up templates in Ulyses Cloud, you will simplify the creation of alerts and notifications related to reservations, making task management and tracking important actions easier.
Once you have created a follow-up template from the chain configuration, by filtering by property, you will be able to assign the created templates to each property in Ulyses Cloud.
It is also possible to create follow-up templates directly from the property. The process is similar to creating task templates, but with one difference at the beginning. When you select "Create new follow-up template," the system will ask if you want to create a new template or add a chain value.
