The management report has a section dedicated to the production report from where we can
- Indicate whether we want to compare the current course against the previous year or against the budget
- Indicate whether we want to display the data in
- Gross: The gross production value takes into account the intermediaries’ commissions
- Net: The net value deducts the intermediaries’ commission
- Mixed: The mixed value corresponds to the invoice amount. In some cases, it will be gross and in others net, depending on the intermediary’s payment method.
- Select the display mode
- By Product: Shows the production report result for each of the products
- By Segment: Shows the production report result for each of the segments
- By Source: Shows the production report result for each of the sources
- By Channel: Shows the production report result for each of the channels
- We can filter the production report by:
- By product group: To only take into account certain product groups in the report
- Ability to select whether we want to sum in accommodation those products that have been configured as such
As we can see, the report provides data regarding RoomNights (quantity), Revenue, Pax, and average revenue per room and per person.
