Ulyses Suite provides a management report that brings together the most relevant information about the property compared to the previous year or against the budget. The management report is divided into the following sections
- Global position: Displays some general indicators of the property related to occupancy, ADR, and much more
- Production: Shows a summary of the production report that can be viewed from different perspectives
- House account: Displays the detail of pending charges for all guests currently in-house.
- Accrued credits: Shows an accrued summary of outstanding credits
- Deposit ledger: Displays deposits that have been collected but not yet consumed as of the date
- Forecast: Shows some general indicators of the reservation forecast for the future
To access the management report
- Navigate to the Report menu > Management report
To ensure we have access to it, we need to verify that the role associated with our user has access to it, specifically from the section
- PMS > Operation > Management report
