To activate the Ulyses GSP customer portal, a prior configuration is required. To do this, go to the list of applications in the top menu:
Once inside the GSP application, you must access the configuration section:
In this section, the configuration of permitted actions must be set up by property:
The first thing that must be configured is the cashier that GSP will operate on in case any type of payment is processed (this step is mandatory, regardless of whether payments are used or not).
Other operations to configure are:
- View account
- Activation of chat with customersDocument scanning with camera (requires additional subscription)
- Configuration of actions with customers pending check-in (Pre-stay)
- Configuration of actions with checked-in customers
- Configuration of actions with customers in checked-out status (Post-stay)
