Ulyses HSK is the product within Ulyses Suite that allows maintenance and cleaning staff to manage and complete their daily tasks.
Broadly speaking, Ulyses HSK is composed of the following:
- Web manager for housekeepers and maintenance supervisors
- Mobile services for cleaning agents and maintenance agents
Ulyses HSK Web Manager
The Ulyses HSK web manager is a tool that allows cleaning and maintenance supervisors to have a complete overview of the progress of cleaning and maintenance tasks. This is achieved through dashboards and operations corresponding to room tasks, lost and found, maintenance incidents, and module rack.
To access the web manager, simply go to the top menu and select "Ulyses HSK," as shown below:
To be able to access the HSK web manager, we must keep in mind that our user must have the necessary access permissions to use Ulyses HSK.
Activation of Permissions to Use Ulyses HSK
To access Ulyses HSK (both web and mobile versions), we must ensure that the administrator user has assigned the corresponding permissions. To do this, from the Ulyses PMS configuration, we will access user and permission management in the general configuration and ensure that Ulyses HSK is activated.
Ulyses PMS > Configuration > Chain > General > Role > Select the role you want to modify permissions for > Permissions > HSK > Operation
With this permission, all users with that role will automatically have access to Ulyses HSK, both the management part and the agents part.
