The automatic communications are:
- Reservation confirmation
- PreStay
- PostStay
- After Checkin
- Before Checkout
- Reservation invoice sending
- Remittance letter
- Security deposit
You can also apply exclusions to these automatic emails.
You can exclude by:
- Groups
- Reservation channels
- Reservation segments
- Reservation sources
- Customer preferences
- Companies
Therefore, you must click on add and define the exclusions for each option (except for the reservation confirmation delivery, which cannot be excluded)
