Can I distinguish between Expedia Collect and Hotel Collect bookings?
If you are using a Channel Manager and receive bookings from Expedia, you can now distinguish between Expedia Collect bookings and Hotel Collect bookings.
- Payment method -> Agency / Guest Pays
- Reservation price model type -> Amount Net After Tax
- With Hotel Collect you will see bookings where customers pay directly at the property.

- Reservation price model type -> Amount After Tax
How should I set up the company in Ulyses Suite ?
If you are setting up the EXPEDIA company in Ulyses Suite, you must make sure to adjust the following fields correctly:
- In the "Payment method" field, select "Agency / Guest Pays".
- In the "Reservation price model type" field, choose "Amount Net After Tax".
It is important to set these rules correctly in Ulyses Suite so that it can properly manage internal commissions.
