Ulyses Suite integrates seamlessly with IDeaS v5 through the corresponding integration. Through this version, Ulyses Suite generates the necessary files to feed this RMS. The steps required to configure it are as follows:
- Add IDeaS v5 integration
- Configure basic parameters
- Configure destination FTP for the files
- Configure file sending timer
- File sending log
Add integration with IDeaS v5
To activate the integration with IDeaS v5, simply go to the marketplace at
- Top menu>Integrations> search for the integration
- Add the IDeaS integration
Configure basic parameters
The basic parameters are as follows:
- Account id: Indicates the client account id that uses IDeaS. This parameter must be provided by the IDeaS account manager
- Future days limit: Indicates the limit of future days for which information will be sent in the files
- Past days limit: Indicates the limit of past days for which information will be sent in the files
Configure destination FTP for the files
Next, we will configure the FTP server details to be able to send the files. The required details are:
- Host: Server address
- Port: Port
- Username
- Password
- Working directory: Indicates the path where you want to leave the file for IDeaS to collect it
Configure file sending timer
The timer is used to indicate the number of times throughout the day that you want to upload files to the server.
File sending log
The file sending log allows us to know whether or not we have sent the files to the FTP server we configured earlier and under the conditions of the timer we set. To do this, go to
- IDeaS integration file > Queues tab
