Ulyses Cloud integrates with PassportScan (cloud version) to allow the latter to send guest data in the reservation. To activate the integration, follow these steps
From this moment on, when starting the check-in of a reservation, Ulyses Cloud asks PassportScan if it has already obtained the data has not been obtained, then the guest record fields will appear empty.
Activate PassportScan integration
To activate the integration, go to the marketplace at:
- Top menu > Integrations > click on All
- Then search for PassportScan and click Add integration
Configure PassportScan integration parameters
Once the integration is added, Ulyses Cloud will ask you to fill in the Public Key and Secret Key parameters, as shown below:
Both parameters must be requested from PassportScan through their platform or via support@passportscan.net
