Ulyses Cloud allows user access based on the IP address from which they are accessing. The actions
Add, deny, or delete IPs requested by users
These are IPs that have been requested by users who have tried to access the application from a non-permitted location. Once the request is accepted, access will be permanent.
To add a requested IP, we need to go to
- Chain configuration > IP Security > Allowed IPs
- Select the Pending filter
- Finally, select the desired action from options, as shown below
Add IPs manually
These are IPs that we want to add manually. Once an IP is added, access will also be permanent. To do this:
- Chain configuration > IP Security > Allowed IPs
- Select the Allowed filter
- Finally, select the Add IP address action
