It is important to clear your browser cache to ensure that Ulyses Cloud is running on the latest version. Below we show you how:
Alternatively, you can browse in incognito mode in either of the two browsers
Clear cache in Chrome
To clear the cache in your Chrome browser, you need to go to the Options menu at the top of your browser and then navigate to
- Options > Clear browsing data, as shown below
Once there, make sure the option Cached images and files is checked and then click Clear data
Clear cache in Firefox
To clear the cache in Firefox, go to the top Options menu and click on the Preferences option
Then click on Privacy & Security and go to the Cookies and Site Data section as shown below and click the Clear Data... button
Finally, select the clear option making sure that the Cached Web Content option is selected.
Browse in incognito mode
To browse in incognito mode, you need to access the top options menu in Chrome and click on New incognito window
If you want to browse in incognito mode from Firefox, click on Options and select the New Private Window option
