To access the view of rates, offers, and promotions in Ulyses CRS, go to the corresponding option from the top menu
- Rates Menu > Rates (Offers or Promotions)
When accessing any of the above options in Ulyses CRS, with List items activated, a list will be displayed with all the rates, offers, or promotions that have been created in each of the chain's properties along with their main data.
Now, if what we want is to see which rates, offers, and/or promotions are assigned to each of the properties, we just have to activate the Property Table view mode.
From this view, we can allow certain properties to have access to rates, offers, or promotions, but we can also remove access. To do this, simply uncheck the box , at which point Ulyses Suite will evaluate whether it is possible to remove the contract from the property.
In some cases, we will see that it is possible to remove the contract (rate, offer, promo) from the property without any problem as there are no reservations assigned to this rate
However, there will be cases where it will not be possible to remove it because it is found in reservations, folios, products, invoices, or even other offers or promotions. In such cases, Ulyses Suite will allow us to inactivate the contract for that property or replace it with another.
