When we cancel reservations or refund a charge in a Ulyses PMS folio, the system will ask us for the reason why we want to perform this action. To prevent reception or back office from having to enter the reason manually, we provide a series of default reasons. If we want to add, delete, or modify these default reasons, we can do so from Cancellation Reason or Charge Refund Reason in the chain menu.
