There are occasions when you may not see a specific room for sale. Here is a checklist of things to verify to make sure the configuration is correct.
Step 1: The rate is active during the search period (Start/end dates and start/end selling dates)
Step 2: The room is active during the search period (Start/end dates—see room configuration)
Step 3: Check that the rate includes the room you want to sell
Step 4: Make sure that for the period and room you are searching, sales are not closed in the rate
Step 5: If the rate you are checking is a child rate, make sure the room is added in its parent rate
