Identify and manage the "Vehicle" and "Installation" services. You can define an included quantity in your rates and control the surcharges that apply to your clients’ stays as part of the online booking process through Webcamp.

Presentation
When pricing a stay, it is common for a first vehicle and a first installation (tent, caravan, aw be included in the price of the accommodation or pitch.
Surcharges are applied starting from the second vehicle or second installation.
The Webcamp-Ulyses integration allows you to manage these cases through two concepts:
Type of service: Vehicle or Installation.
Quantity included in each rate.
In this way, Webcamp automatically calculates the surcharges when the quantities of services registered for the stay exceed those included in the rate.
Configuration
Create the "Vehicle" and "Installation" services
Open Campsite Settings > Chain > Product > Service.

Create a service, for example called Vehicle.
Select the correct service type: Vehicle.
Apply it to the corresponding property and save the changes.
Create a second service, for example called Installation, following the same procedure.
Define the services at the Property level
Go to Campsite Settings > Product > Service.
Verify that the Vehicle and Installation services appear.
For each service, define the price and the maximum quantity per stay.
Set up the rates
At the Service level
Open Rates > Services.
Select the Vehicle and Installation services in turn.
Enter the daily prices and click Save changes.
At the Rate level
In Rates > Rates, open each rate and go to the Overview tab.

Complete the fields:
Included vehicles
Included installations

Save the changes.
Usage in online booking
In Webcamp, from the eSeason Resa booking tunnel, the management of vehicles and installations is applied automatically according to the rate parameters.
In step 2, “Complete your stay”, information relating to vehicles and installations appears on the screen.
Select the desired quantity for each service.
The quote in the upper right corner is recalculated automatically.

For each service:
A line at €0 is shown for the quantity included in the rate.
A line with a price is shown for the additional quantity.
Finalize the booking to validate the stay.
Control of the stay automatically created in Ulyses
Once the booking is made from eSeason Resa / Webcamp, the corresponding stay is automatically created in Ulyses.
Open the corresponding stay.
In the Overview tab, the information related to vehicles appears correctly.

Open the Services tab, where you will find:
A line for the included vehicle service, at €0.
A line for the additional vehicle service, charged at €8 / night.
A line for the included installation
A line for the additional installation service, charged at €10 / night.
To check the billing document, click Options > Show Proforma.
This control confirms that the synchronization between the Webcamp booking engine and Ulyses is working correctly.
