To integrate with Yacan, you need to follow these steps
- Step 1: Add the Yacan integration from the Ulyses Suite marketplace
Click the Sign in with Yacan button
Log in to Yacan and complete the contact information:
- Step 2: In the Yacan integration, go to the Mappings tab
You will see the list of rooms registered in Yacan
- Step 3: Map the keys corresponding to each room
In the links in the Property column, map each room with the Yacan keys (including those for building access or common areas). Each room can be associated with more than one key depending on the doors to which access is granted.
- Step 4: After Check-in email template
Create the communication email that will be sent to the guest, with the link to activate the keys. The template to customize is the After Check-in one
- Step 5: Activate digital keys in the GSP
In GSP. Hotel Configuration. Reservation tab. In the In-house section, activate digital keys during the stay.
- Step 6: Activate Post Check-in email sending
In the Communications section, in the Property Configuration. Enable Post-checkin sending. Indicate the SMTP account for sending emails.
Once check-in is complete, the email link will direct the guest to the GSP where the key activation button appears.
